  • Basic Elopement Coordinator begins working up to 15 days before wedding.

    Confirms logistic plan made by couple, communicates with vendors, manages wedding day operations and logistics

  • Once you have picked your Elopement location, we will help you make it legal.

    It is hard to know what permit you may need, who to get a permit from, how to apply, and even when to apply. We will help you with all of these things.

    Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks require Special Use Permits (SUP) for weddings in the park. Only in designated areas are weddings allowed. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requirements differ depending on where the wedding is held. Some BLM lands do not allow weddings of any kind. Forest Service land has separate restriction and permit requirements depend on location and wedding size.

  • In Utah a Marriage License must be obtained from a county clerk. But it is possible to apply for and get your license online. We will help you navigate that process. Applying for your marriage license can be done from your home before you arrive in Utah, or the day of the wedding.

    Personal Script, that speaks to you, your love, and the location you have chosen for your elopement.

    Meeting with couple for ceremony planning, (in-person or video conference) *optional and available on request

    Travel to and from the area, including hiking and off highway travel

    Florist arrange flowers fresh. Only seasonal flowers and those perfect for the local area are used. These provides you with floral arrangement that will look beautiful all day.

    We help find you the perfect photographer from our long list of the best photographers. Not all weddings are the same and outdoor weddings are very different than indoor weddings. Our photographers are experts at capturing beauty in the desert.

    You will work directly with your photographer so they know your desires and the vision you have for your wedding.

    You can request a photographer from our photographer list, or we will find the best one for your ceremony location.

  • Zion Helicopter Tours provides our Zion Helicopter Adventure tour and wedding ceremony on an isolated butte without a crowd or a single person.

    None of your friends or family did this for their wedding! Our Premier Zion National Park Helicopter tour adventure includes a memorizing aerial tour that circles ALL of Zion National Park with awe inspiring views of nearly every angle of Zion. This amazing tour also includes an extended loop through the rarely seen Canaan Mountain Wilderness Area with some of the most beautiful rock formations in the world!

    The PERFECT LOCATION for a marriage ceremony!! This tour an Amazing Butte Landing Experience. This landing experience offers absolutely amazing views of Zion National Park.

  • ATV Rentals is for a 2-seat side by side ATV.

    Near Zion National Park are some of the best red rock and sand dune trails in the world. ATV package is a self guided experience so you have freedom to explore where you want. Guided tours are also available, and will affect the price of the package.

    Couple is required to provide a refundable security deposit to vendor. Deposit is usually $2000.

  • Horseback Tours are the east side of Zion National Park and explore beautiful canyons and trails outside of the park.

We take the road less traveled to show you places that most visitors see only in photographs, including stunning panoramas and breathtaking overlooks that have remained unchanged for a million years. See thousand year old Native American rock art, maybe an authentic ghost town that became a Hollywood favorite, or wildlife that doesn’t behave like it lives in a zoo.
